Establishing an Certification Body in Ethiopia - Overall Goals of the Project

In the framework of the Engineering Capacity Building Program (ECBP) component III (Quality Infrastructure) the Handwerkskammer Rhein-Main is working with the Quality Standards Authority of Ethiopia (QSAE) within the Ethiopian Ministry of Trade, in a project to establish the first accredited quality management system certification body in Ethiopia. This management system certification body will be established according to ISO/IEC 17021:2006 and aims at providing a state of the art and internationally accredited quality management system certification body.
